For more than 20 years JOURNEYS from Switzerland have delighted a wide range of concert and radio audiences across Europe, North America and China with their exciting Jazz-Funk-Fusion compositions.

Now, during their second US Tour, they present songs from their upcoming album “Gate 65”. An intriguing collection of new groovy Funk pieces, lyrical ballads, and electrifying Latin Jazz compositions, which not only appeal to just Jazz lovers, but a broad, multi-generational audience of music fans. An inspiring, timeless mix of beautiful melodies, colorful harmonies, stirring grooves and excellent solis.

The band members

Musical maestro Angelo Signore not only directs the group, but also delivers some killer compositions with his virtuosic piano playing. Fabio Gouvea, a top-notch guitarist and composer on both the Swiss and Brazilian scenes, brings his own unique flair to the mix. Philippe Mall is a true saxophonist extraordinaire and a composer to be reckoned with in Switzerland. Meanwhile, Luciano Maranta holds it all together with his rock-solid bass, while the dynamic duo of drummer Robert Mark and percussionist Willy Kotoun fuel the band with their explosive beats.
